Hi, first of all thank you very much for such a great job doing and maintaining LangCorrect website. It’s very helpful.
I just wonder if the journals creation support any markup language, like Textile or Markdown, for formatting text using basic ways like bold, italic, etc. as we can do here in the forum.
Note: I can see there isn’t a WYSIWYG editor I’m just asking about text codes.
I don’t remember off the top of my head which version it was, but we briefly had a WYSIWYG editor. It was removed because users were using it in all different kinds of ways so the journals ended up looking funny. I am open to allowing markdown or WYSIWYG again, but it will need some more consideration to make it more professional this time. I am slowly refactoring the codebase in preparation to make LC open source. I will be sure to make this a ticket that anyone can pick up.
