We use a shared SendGrid plan to deliver our verification and password reset emails. When one of the IP addresses in our shared IP pool gets blacklisted, then our emails will also get affected. The SendGrid compliance team actively monitors the shared pools and handles delisting mitigation. However, they are unfortunately unable to provide an estimated time of resolution and the listing organization may re-list at any time.
This mostly impacts emails that get to sent to Microsoft inboxes (hotmail, outlook), but can happen with other email providers. So, if you have not received an expected email from us within 24 hours, then please reach out to us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org.
